For our BPO / SSC client, we are currently looking for talented individuals with language skills, ready to start or continue their careers in an international structure.

IT Help Desk Technical Administrator - remote work with German language.

Responsibilities of the position :

  • Providing IT / technical / IT services.
  • Working for an international client (IT department)
  • Receiving requests from business customers in German language
  • Responding to inquiries directed via email, chat, phone
  • Providing technical support (IT help desk)
  • Taking action to resolve faults and system problems
  • Updating systems, programs, networks
  • Independent technical service resolution activities
  • Creating business notes (for the business customer)
  • Analyzing data and creating reports for the business client
  • Building a positive image in the industry market
  • Ensuring confidentiality and protection of personal data
  • The employer expects :

  • communicative knowledge of German language
  • communicative English language
  • language level, must allow for free communication
  • experience in customer service, instant messaging, helpdesk, IT industry
  • provision of technical, IT services
  • interest in the IT / computer / technical industry
  • knowledge of SAP / Salesforce system
  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday
  • Openness to undertake hybrid work
  • Willingness to grow professionally
  • Interest in the industry and willingness to grow within the accounting structure
