  • Develop, implement and manage a Social Media strategy for our Facilities Engineering brands through competitive and audience research.
  • Define most important social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Publish, manage and oversee social media content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing and analytical tools to monitor and evaluate our brands social media presence and performance
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Product Success teams
  • Monitor SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Train colleagues in the related teams to optimize their social media profiles and to follow a common content share strategy
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • BS in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, New Media, Public Relations or equivalent with interest in Technology & Engineering Industries
  • 3+ Years relevant industry experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and user persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Outgoing and extrovert personality with strong team working and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally
  • Strong problem solving and organizational skills with the drive & commitment to own and deliver outstanding work
  • Good time-management skills
  • Fluency in English oral and written; additional languages as a plus
