The role will support generalresource supply and scheduling activities in Accenture. The Individual will workwith the leadership to understand the business environment and to determine,develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities, supportpersonnel across locations and make recommendations and suggest solutionswithin their own group to improve business processes.
The individual will beworking with project contact to identify scheduling solutions and fill projectdemands, managing the utilization of the resource pool.
Responsible for filling rolesassigned to their resource pools and for getting their people staffed
Make scheduling decisionsconsidering and balancing our scheduling principles and always reflecting ourCore Values
Represent and / or supportindividual people in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences,skills, etc.
and matching them to roles accordingly
Work with career counselors oncoaching employees on scheduling assignments
For roles assigned to theirresource pools, start with the resources in own resource pool and whennecessary considers all sourcing channels in filling roles (e.
g. other resourcepools, contractors, new joiners, etc.) (Note : Recruiting responsible for hiringnew resources).
Drive and / or participate indecision-making for staffing decision that needs escalation
Proactively communicateavailability of people / skills and push to schedule available resource
Ensure accurate schedulingdata in scheduling systems
Support Client Supply / DemandSpecialist in defining, identifying and evaluating candidates for open resourcerequests; and filling resource requirements.
May work directly with client teamexecutives when that is more effective
Manages roll of dates / confirmextension in current roles, and manage individual chargeability of people intheir resource pool
Manage and track peopleproductivity metrics such as chargeability, bench, average time to fill demandsfor their respective resource pool

2-3 years HR related working experience
Very good command of the English language
Strong at communication
