In this position, you will be the most visible and significant point of contact with our prospective clients in BENELUX / Nordics.
The Inside Sales is an important member of our Sales organization, playing a critical role in the organization in uncovering and qualifying leads by understanding the prospect’s business challenges.
Actively conduct lead generation by making incoming and outgoing calls to maximize market exposure and identify opportunities, whilst ensuring appropriate follow up and qualification of prospects / leads;
Regular communication with customers, ensuring the frequent and right use of the Freight Exchange platform;
Maintain an excellent customer relationship to guarantee retention, avoiding customer churn;
Contact former customers in order to understand their business needs and win them back;
Participate in the first portion of the sales cycle by building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts;
Track all relevant activity in SalesForce (including call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, opportunity pipeline, etc.);
Responsible for monitoring competitors and market development.
Fluent Dutch and Polish or English; any other additional (European) language is a plus;
Customer focused with strong communication and listening skills;
You are a natural born communicator and negotiator with great telephone communication skills;
Cold calling, prospecting and closing deals are in your Sales DNA;
Experience in internet research / social media and CRM to record sales activity;
You are self-driven, passionate and a strong team player;
