Inside Sales Representative with Dutch

In this position, you will be the most visible and significant point of contact with our prospective clients in BENELUX / Nordics.

The Inside Sales is an important member of our Sales organization, playing a critical role in the organization in uncovering and qualifying leads by understanding the prospect’s business challenges.

  • Actively conduct lead generation by making incoming and outgoing calls to maximize market exposure and identify opportunities, whilst ensuring appropriate follow up and qualification of prospects / leads;
  • Regular communication with customers, ensuring the frequent and right use of the Freight Exchange platform;
  • Maintain an excellent customer relationship to guarantee retention, avoiding customer churn;
  • Contact former customers in order to understand their business needs and win them back;
  • Participate in the first portion of the sales cycle by building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts;
  • Track all relevant activity in SalesForce (including call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, opportunity pipeline, etc.);
  • Responsible for monitoring competitors and market development.
  • Fluent Dutch and Polish or English; any other additional (European) language is a plus;
  • Customer focused with strong communication and listening skills;
  • You are a natural born communicator and negotiator with great telephone communication skills;
  • Cold calling, prospecting and closing deals are in your Sales DNA;
  • Experience in internet research / social media and CRM to record sales activity;
  • You are self-driven, passionate and a strong team player;
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment.
