Investment Compliance Analyst withGerman

Your responsibilities willinclude :

Carrying out compliance operations andcontrols on the funds in order to ensure that fund’s assets comply with legaland investment policy requirements

Analysing and documenting all of thereported investment compliance exceptions

Identifying and qualifying investmentcompliance breach including the origin of the incident

Performing NAV reviews and auditcertifications

Analysing contractual and legalrequirements and implementing them into the compliance monitoring system

Setting up and maintaining funds master data and investment compliance rules in adedicated IT tool

Contributing to the completion andmaintenance of operational procedures in Depobank Compliance scope

Participating in internal reportingactivities to measure the quality of Depobank operations

Supporting integration of the new client’soperational activity

Administering the effectiveness of dailyoperations

Cooperating on the delivery operationalservice levels agreed with clients, internally and externally

Taking part in the development of newproducts and services

Complying with regulatory requirements andinternal guidelines

Cooperating with internal and externalaudit and operational risk management

We are looking for you, ifyou have :

University degree (preferably in Finance,Economics, Law)

Fluent working knowledge of German andEnglish

Outstanding analytical and problem solvingskills

Client focused approach

Accuracy & attention to details

Good stress management

Knowledge of the investment funds industryand securities market (would be considered as an advantage)

Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledgeof financial applications (Bloomberg, etc.) would be considered as an advantage
