You will be a part of the Real-time Geographic Systems group specifically contributing to the Geo System product. Geo Systems cover all business areas of Kuehne+Nagel related to geographic data;
and the complex network that tie spatial data together. Your main focus will be to develop automated tests and testing frameworks, for the Geo System product.
In order to accomplish that, you will evaluate and implement testing solutions and QA best practices. Continuous improvement of testing processes and developing automated testing suites are also part of this role, to ensure a sustainably high quality product.
Your Responsibilities
Support the team by designing and implementing all forms of automated tests
Create test scenarios and execution plans to implement these scenarios
Integrate automated tests with CI / CD
Identify, analyze, and report bugs
Analyze systems to identify potential quality issues that could affect the Geo System
Your Skills and Experiences
Successfully completed university degree in the field of Computer Science or several years of testing experience
Experience in automating test cases, test-driven development, acceptance test-driven development, and manual testing (both white box and black-box testing)
Experience in Java programming (or other OOP language) is a plus
Good knowledge and experience with Microservices, REST, and relational DBs
Exposure to Test Management tools i.e. Qmetry, ALM and to Web Application testing tools i.e. Selenium, Protractor, Cypress
High level of initiative, team and communication skills as well as a goal-orientated and structured working method
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
