Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
Ready to manage the assigned project and be responsible for communication between SoftServe and the Client, facilitation engagement phase for new opportunities, building and managing Client expectations.
Willing to assure proper project deliverables in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality) at all SDLC stages.
A candidate demonstrating
At least 3 years of proven successful professional project management experience
Professional Project Management education or courses
Experience with pre-sales and readiness to participate in pre-sales activities
Expertise with Project ownerships in all aspects (budget, scope, schedule, quality, etc.)
Knowledge of software development life cycle management
Understanding of Traditional (PMI, Prince2, RUP and etc.) and Agile (SCRUM, Kanban, XP, Lean and etc.) project management methodologies
Ability to communicate and collaborate with the stakeholders on client-side in order to achieve success
Background working in software house or consulting / outsourcing company (would be an advantage)
Experience in working with international companies / clients
Advanced English level
Problem-solving, strong analytical skills
Willingness to travel and work for clients from APAC region

Identifying and managing client’s expectations
Planning and managing internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
Identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating and communicating project risks
