Role Overview

At Uncapped, we help ambitious founders realise their dreams. Our new Graduate Partnerships Analyst will be responsible for supporting a growing team that excels in maximising our relationships with a worldwide partner network.

You will use your intellectual and emotional intelligence to help organise, drive, and improve a range of processes and activities that contribute to our ability to design and deliver highly effective and mutually beneficial partnerships.

This role will strengthen the high performing partnerships team and a portfolio that provides significant revenue and strategic value for Uncapped.

We expect the Partnership Analyst to materially contribute to the team, and to their own career development as a part of a fast-growing and globally significant fintech.

About Uncapped Founded in 2019, Uncapped is the fastest and most affordable way for online businesses to fund their marketing, inventory and general expenses.

The company was born out of frustration with the limited financing options available for UK and European entrepreneurs to finance growth.

Uncapped provides business advances of between £10k and £5m without credit checks, personal guarantees, warrants, equity, or compounding interest.

It makes money by charging a low flat fee which is paid back from future sales revenue.

Uncapped has raised $120 million from top tier investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.

What you will do Our partners are a key part of our commercial activities and we treat our partners as if they were team members.

We’re looking for somebody who can hit the ground running and who wants to develop their career at a fast growing fintech.

  • Collaboration : Contribute to the ongoing development of partnership related systems, processes and business practices by sharing recommendations to improve efficiency and capacity to focus on key partner needs.
  • Relationship building : Nurture existing partner relationships by providing regular updates & insights to partners across our network.
  • Research : Conduct research on partners in different territories and present this to team members in a clear and concise manner.
  • Document Production : Help produce a variety of promotional materials alongside our content & data team.
  • Strategy : Help design and implement outreach strategies for different categories of partners
  • Culture : Lead by example to create an inspiring team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued alongside impact to partners & customers.
  • Pipeline management : Support team members by managing our CRM to ensure data & reporting across the partnerships team is accurate and up to date.
  • Who you are

  • You have a university degree with a very good academic record and a history of thinking outside the box.
  • You may have some experience in a people or customer-centric role, such as sales or partnerships.
  • You will ideally be a natural people-person : charismatic, emotionally intelligent and able to adapt your communication style to your audience.
  • You have excellent analytical skills, are highly numerate, but also a sense of commerciality, business focus and strong administration skills.
  • You have a strong grasp of G-Suite (and / or Microsoft applications : Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • You are organised and have attention to details, nothing gets past you.
  • You may be familiar with a CRM such as Hubspot, Pipedrive or Salesforce. It does not have to be one of those three, but experience with something is beneficial
  • You are interested in the high-growth businesses ecosystem, specifically e-commerce, SaaS, and D2C business models (or you want to learn quickly about the ecosystem).
  • You are an extremely good communicator in English, and comfortable working across different cultures
  • You are a great team player with excellent organisational & multi-tasking skills.
