Brand Manager Milka

Brand Manager's role is managing Milka brand / portfolio within dedicated segment, leading strategic direction for project development to meet and exceed goals, leveraging insight into mix to optimal effect.

It is also about leading execution of all elements, including A&C budget management, providing business input via day-to-day cooperation within Local & European Teams : Marketing.

Innovation, Equity, and full P&L responsibility.

This role reports to Senior Brand Manager Chocolate, PL.

Main responsibilities :

  • Propose and develop marketing recommendations & plans for market execution, in line with the global strategy in order to reach or raise the forecasted volume and margins.
  • Lead / champion business in Poland, developing the brands and given portfolio to be the consumers first choice’.
  • Create local brands strategy and development plans.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional work within markets structure to deliver excellent marketing programs and deliver business results.
  • Drive business ahead of competition. Manage and execute value added offers, working with cross functional internal & external teams to identify opportunities, manage brand performance, present plans & gain internal alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Implement local communication strategy within global brand in Poland.
  • Develop and support execution excellence in Trade in conjunction with Sales, identifying brands’ opportunities and evaluating trade spend.
  • Cooperate with CI to create new opportunities across category.
  • Creating and leading portfolio development plan for Poland.
  • Qualifications

  • University degree (preferably in Economics, Marketing, Management or MBA)
  • Minimum 6+ years of successful experience in consumer marketing within FMCG companies
  • Experience on Brand Manager position
  • Practical experience in dealing with media, promotion and packaging agencies
  • Fluent English and Polish.
