Purpose of the role :

To ensure exceptional operational services are provided to the teams they are supporting in both BUs and Category teams. These services include contacting vendors & aligning on costs by project, managing the PO and invoice work flow associated with specific brand A&M budgets, maintaining necessary ledger postings, maintaining weekly reporting, and conducting periodic check in’s with Marketing teams which they are supporting

Main accountabilities :

  • Build working relationship with brand teams; developing a working knowledge of the work to be completed in the fiscal year
  • Collaborate with control function to Initiate the aligned upon brand budget in the Oracle / SAP systems; generating project numbers for each brand project
  • Contact vendors for respective projects; & align on costs associated with services provided
  • Request, review and maintain files related to final estimates from vendors
  • Collaborate with Control’s budget coordinators to process estimates & generate PO’s
  • Manage tracking of completed estimates and POS’s; accounting for remaining balances, needed estimates, open purchase orders, and prompt pays, etc.
  • Complete adhoc analysis of cost buckets across brands to identify efficiency opportunities for future planning purposes
  • Support communication processes with reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, ongoing changes)
  • Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks to process management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations
  • Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop
  • Qualifications / Requirements

  • A mid-level analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 4 years+ experience
  • Education : BBA in economics, math, statistics, marketing or management
  • Highly efficient with Excel and Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong collaborator : Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-
  • create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working

  • Knowing the Business Cold : Can easily see how separate data inputs are connected; synthesizing key learnings to highlight opportunities to inform future business decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactively communicates using appropriate methods for situation and audience in clear, concise and professional manner
  • Be flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
  • Ability to provide superior customer service
  • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment
  • Operational experience from business servicing sector and / or consulting experience would be a plus
  • Language Skills Fluent English
  • Solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve process & deliverables
  • Strong understanding of internal & external data sources that could contribute to the reporting and analysis function
  • Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
  • Managerial experience : nice to have
  • Relocation Eligible : Eligible for Standard Relocation
