Alight are currently recruiting for a Workday Operations Coordinator to work within their Professional Services Business Area .

As part of an industry leading team you will work within the Operations team assisting in a wide variety of daily operational tasks, support resource assignment, perform data analysis and also administrative support to our Client and delivery teams.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :

The Workday Operations Coordinator is a key role in providing the support and services to our clients and delivery teams, it offers variety with no two days the same.

Provides a chance to grow and learn new skills within a growing business. Reporting to the Operations Lead, the focus of the role is to enable the Workday Deployment and Application Support teams to maximise efficiency, resource planning and overall delivery of a quality service and to drive operational excellence through effective use of processes, tools & metrics

This role requires you to work, think, contribute and collaborate.

The combined Operations Team has a wide area of responsibility and the Workday Operations Coordinator role will be to support on a number of the key areas below :

  • Analyze current processes and determine how to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicate updates and plans.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant documentation on knowledge sharing platforms.
  • Track relevant operational metrics.
  • Identify issues and communicate with team members.
  • Collaborate and implement new initiatives.
  • Support client management team with artefacts and reporting metrics.
  • Assist the triage of requests, assigning and responding to clients within SLA’s.
  • Assist on boarding and induction of new Clients and Consultant.
  • Schedule and coordinate meeting logistics, materials, agendas, follow up actions etc.
  • Maintain distribution lists, SharePoint Site and other project coordination artefacts.
  • Perform additional assignments as requested.
  • Support operations resource management.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years work experience post education
  • Organized, ability to multi-task, delegate and prioritize tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to solve problems pragmatically and timely
  • Analytical and influencing skills able to ask questions, break problem down and get your opinions and position across to others
  • Be flexible to support colleagues across most areas of operational service delivery
  • Adept at preparing & analysing data and dashboards to support strategy and decision making
  • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Power point and with deep level of skills in Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
  • Fluent English
  • Work Environment

    The role is virtual with occasional travel to Alight’s office environments.
