CENTRALCLUSTER PMO COORDINATOR / JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Location : Warsaw / Neuss / Villmergen
We are looking for a PMO coordinator / Junior Medical Devices Project Manager to be located in one of the following locations within the EMEA cluster : Germany / Switzerland / Poland / Czech Republic.
The role requires travelling with the EMEA Cluster (10-25%)
Key responsibilities of suitable applicant :
Implement and manage a project program governance framework for the clusters based on CLS EMEA PMO processes and practices supporting the cluster and regional needs for effective resource planning, delivering the expected outcomes
Identify and report Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) to the cluster and EMEA teams
Maintain the PMO tool to track CAPEX investment, CIP and Project Portfolio
Develop strong relationships with internal teams, particularly; supply chain, IT, commercial, and CLS functions, to define project goals, timelines and identify and deploy resources to meet target completion dates;
Collaborate with CSs, DCs and 3PL partners on process improvement projects, project execution, and flawless delivery
Identify areas for improvement & measure process changes
Manage projects to evolve our core operational competencies in warehousing, transportation and customer service to be fit for the future.
A special focus will be on customer service improvements
Investigate and run process operational gap analysis by analyzing and comparing the status in different systems or different countries and implement operational best practices based on the GAP analysis
Provide operational guidance and coordination for several (sub-)workstreams
Propose and implement new ideas and improve processes as well support the different locations in operational project related work with the local teams (e.
g. masterdata clean-up activities, harmonization of masterdata, identification of work packages and needed resources)
Define and analysis of KPIs and develop a review format and organize a forum to present and discuss metrics with relevant shareholders
Use metrics and benchmarks (both internal and external) to identify best practices, cost reduction, process improvement and redesign initiatives
Assist with special projects / duties / analyses / presentations for management
Our Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience in operational management of medical device business or experience in comparable position
Demonstrated Project management capabilities & operational experience in project execution
Ability to manage small cross-functional projects to deliver cost and / or service improvements
Analytical competence : Ability to visualize information and opportunities from data
Excellence verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation skills
Advanced technological aptitude (especially with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint)
Attention to detail and structure ensuring adequate and complete execution
Consultative approach in providing logistics expertise and recommendations
Strongly focused on team working with the ability to work independently
Self-motivated, challenges the status quo, and has high performance expectations
Innovative and flexible and hands-on mentality
Strong collaborative skills and ability to partner at all levels
High business acumen and ability to handle confidential information and matters appropriately
Fluency in English is required; any other language is a plus

Prepare & execute Gap analysis of processes in SAP and JDE
Implement processes changes in the system
Coordinate the data clean-up & ensure data consistency in the system
Training of employees and daily support
Maintenance of the systems, close interaction and follow ups with Project Leaders
