    of-Expertise in Warsaw we are looking for a : Talent Acquisition Consultant As part of a global recruitment team you will consult and partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in order to implement the appropriate recruitment processes across the business.

    You will also identify and pipeline for future talent as well as provide recruitment practice guidance and expertise within the firm and be a true consultant and trusted advisor to the business.

    Your duties will include

  • Engaging with hiring managers and developing a strategy for their hiring needs
  • Candidate selection interviewing, screening and assessment
  • Direct sourcing of candidates is critical
  • Taking responsibility for setting high standards in determining the appropriate and best candidates available, recommendation and presentation of these candidates to managers
  • Being responsible for applicant tracking and management of full life cycle of the hire including offer management and negotiation
  • Qualifications

    We would like you to join us if you have

  • 4+ years of relevant recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting and / or search firm environment as a full-time recruiter, with responsibility for all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, selection and interviewing
  • Business fluent in Polish and English (verbal and written)
  • University’s degree
  • Ease in establishing relationships
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured working approach and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent planning, organizational and facilitation skills with strong attention to detail
