dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland. For the activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.
L&D and HR Communications Specialist You will be a part of a dynamic Learning & Development team and will be primarily responsible for partnering with the business to develop and implement L&D opportunities and providing support to employees and managers with learning and developmental needs.
Moreover, you will cooperate closely with HR Management and Communications and Marketing Team with tasks related to internal HR communications and Employer Branding initiatives.
In addition to this, you will be especially responsible for :
Being the first point of contact for employees for training and development queries, training administration, and being present at desk during the HR Welcome Hours (2-4pm)
Managing the internal training offer, including regular trainings (both in-house and external), lunch& learn sessions, induction training for new joiners, team building, and cooperating closely with training providers and trainers
Supporting the process of the training catalogue preparation including gathering training needs from the business, conducting tenders for purchase of trainings, collecting and reviewing offers, preparing agreements and implementing the chosen trainings in the relevant systems and files
Ensuring the relevant L&D databases, trackers and systems are up to date, accurate and comply with Group internal and local procedures
Develop effective working relationships with HR colleagues in HQ and other locations to share best practice and ensure timely delivery of high quality and integrated learning and development programmes
Participation in the development of internal procedures and optimization HR processes related to L&D, EB and HR communications
Support with current and upcoming HR communication actions such as monitor and update the HR intranet page, HR in-house newsletter publication, cooperation with student networks to build brand awareness, providing input and support on social media and employee branding efforts led by the Communication department.

The ideal candidate for this role would meet following criteria :
Have demonstrable experience in Learning and Development within an international company
Very good English (oral and written)
Excellent communication (oral and written), ideally with experience in editing / writing short articles, newsletters, memos
Understanding of project management principles and experience in delivery of multiple development projects
Ability to quickly learn how to use HR systems
Proven ability to build effective customer relationships, an understanding of customer focus and service delivery
Strong team player who can remain positive during challenging assignments and balance priorities when necessary
Able to impact and effect positive change with a flexible, open-minded, positive approach
Personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues
Intermediate to advanced level on Microsoft package
