A challenging and exciting position as Junior Business Manager within the COO organization of Human Resources, partnering with a wide range of senior partners across HR organization and Credit Suisse.
A possibility to support handling the division’s risks and controls, running and driving the Bank’s CoE (offshoring / outsourcing) strategy.
An opportunity to analyze the finances for the HR COO function, including tracking operating cost (actual spend vs. budgets), updating forecast, building multi-
year financial plans and scenario analysis.
An opportunity to support and drive services delivery across the HR function and the strategic day-to-day management of the functional areas, to further improve partner happiness, and to ensure process optimization and efficiencies along with proper cost control and risk management.
A chance to work closely with the Heads of Business & Financial Management, Systems & Projects and Policy, Risk & Control and numerous senior partners from the HR organization (HR Business Partners, Subject Matter Experts) and BDC management;
and the opportunity to further strengthen the collaborative and constructive approach across functions within HR and beyond.
You will contribute to the overall operational excellence by dedicatedly monitoring HR COO’s direct expenses, headcount and IT allocations on a monthly basis.
You will organize and manage meetings, e.g., support in organizing Executive Committee team meetings, town halls and preparing presentation materials.

You have previous experience in business management area with basic analytical and quantitative skills

You have very good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
You are comfortable with your fluency in business English (both spoken and written); German would be an advantage.
