Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
  • Train and lead staff
  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients
  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

    System Support Area)

    Location : Warszawa / Kraków / remote

    The Workday Product Specialist position is a part of the Global Workday organization and is responsible for ongoing L3 support specific to PwC’s Workday post-

    implementation. As a functional subject matter expert, you will provide specialist domain / product knowledge related to Workday to the business and the Level 2 support groups.

    Area of responsibility

    Supporting the art of the possible discussions with territories around future functionality

    Holding a cross product function (e.g. Organizations, Language Translation, Job Catalog, Delegation, Branding, Cross-tenant configuration, etc.

    as applicable to Workday

    Acting as a Business Process administrator, making any changes approved by governance across functional domains

    Supporting Global Process Owners and Centres of Excellence within the business on proposed changes being requested by the network, either due to regulatory reasons or as a result of Workday releases

    Acting as Level 3 for challenging incidents that cannot be resolved at Level 2

  • Managing senior stakeholders;
  • Influencing groups to achieve the desired outcome;
  • Working and delivering work in a global / virtual team environment

    Training to support another functional domain in order to provide coverage for illness, vacations, increase in demand, and succession plans

  • Analyzing and drilling down into requirement to establish that a request is fully understood and documented;
  • Candidate profile

    Desired abilities, knowledge-based certificates and experience for the position :

    Working in an HR role with a focus on supporting HR Systems and business processes

    Working in HC applications in a fast-paced Hi-Tech Environment, preferably in the Workday space and delivering support to a global user population

    Knowledge of business processes addressed by Workday

    Practical familiarity all areas within Workday

    Experience with delivering support to a global user population

  • Possessing a Workday certification in the relevant domain;
  • Working in an HR role or in supporting HR Systems and business processes;
  • Working in HC applications in a fast-paced Hi-Tech Environment, preferably in the Workday space and delivering support to a global user population

    Previous experience with Human Capital reporting / analytics

    At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology or a related field.

    Excellent communication and analytical skills

    Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
