The post holder will be responsible for :
The post-holder will lead on Human Resource Management and Employee Relations for British Council in the assigned countries (Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus).
Head of HR will be expected to ensure proactive management and mitigation of legal and operational risk relating to human resource management and also advise and support activity leads in key HR functions and decision making, including recruitment, role profiles, staffing, legal consultancy, talent management, performance management and rewards.What we offer :
