Brand Manager Assistant

Your responsibilities
Provide administrative support and assistance for an executive branding team in day-to-day operations
Work with creative directors and brand executives to develop and design concepts and directions for marketing materials, campaigns, and multiple projects
Monitor and organize, in detail : internal meetings, conference calls, and video conference meetings
Prepare action lists, and prioritize tasks
Prepare reports and presentations
Attend crucial meetings, make notes, prepare, and distribute a summary of crucial arrangements
Ensure that creative work meets client objectives, follows the strategies defined in the brief, and meets deadlines on-budget
Administer various phases of creative work and ensure efficient workflows for all major accounts for conceptualization and production
Oversee multiple design projects at one time. This will include assembling teams, creating timelines, overseeing design direction, ensuring all deadlines are met, confirming that clients are satisfied with work results, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the duration of the project
Act as quality control for the projects by reviewing and editing the team’s final work before the distribution of any materials
Present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, executives while articulating concepts with energy and passion
Creating layouts, mockups, and prototypes that may be required to illustrate your design idea to other members of the team or management
Managing and collaborating with external agencies and vendors to deliver world-class creative work
Providing leadership in executing fresh, innovative concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client objectives, communication needs, and achieve key strategic initiatives
Make conceptual and stylistic decisions
Our requirements
You have strong graphic design skills, especially in branding area
You have at least 2 years of experience working as a Team Leader, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar
You have a Bachlor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Design, or a related field
You are open to frequent business travel (to Zurich)
You are a proactive and independently thinking problem solver
You have a good understanding of channel, client, and product information, such as audience insights, product benefits, offers, KPIs, brand standards, and production specifications
You enjoy multitasking and are good at organizing and prioritizing your tasks
You possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to articulately express the rationale behind design decisions
You have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel, and PowerPoint
You possess a broad understanding of typography, color theory, current design, and advertising trends
You are fluent in spoken and written English; Polish is a plus
