The business analyst's primary objective is helping financial institutions implement NCR cash management software solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
The business analyst leads scoping meetings with customers to understand their business needs and requirements, and define key business processes that support eventual solution deployment.
Maintaining client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction. In this role the candidate may also be involved in project management capacity to control project scope and deliverables.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Statistics, Finance and / or Computer Sciences) 2 years of related experience (banking or IT preferred) Strong analytical skills Proactive Ability to work under pressure in a complex, global environment Ability to travel for extensive periods of time Good communication skills Knowledge of Oracle, SQL is a plus Good Microsoft Office products knowledge (especially Excel analysis tools, Access, PowerPoint) Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR’s commitment to diversity.
