Global Communications and Engagement Project Manager

The Global Communications and Engagement Project Manager supports one or more Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Programs within the global Communications and Engagement (C&E) function.
This role serves a dual objective :
Supporting C&E Program and Project leaders bringing internal communications projects to life by understanding the business agenda and transforming these priorities into world-
class execution and delivery;
Assisting C&E Program and Project leaders across Financial Management, Governance, Capacity Management, Benefits Management / ROI, Performance / Progress Reporting, etc.;
Your key responsibilities
Create, manage and own the Global Communications and Engagement calendar
Assist with the Global Communications and Engagement Steering Group process
Manage relationships with key stakeholders within C&E, and across geographies and functions (Brand, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, GDS, Analytics, Planning, Operations, etc.)
Provide exceptional client service to C&E leaders, acting as a trusted advisory and single point of contact for all operational processes (budget, reporting, measurement, etc.)
Continuous focus on process improvement, Impact / ROI, effectiveness / efficiency, standardization, innovation and process automation
Strengthen process understanding and discipline across the C&E team
Skills and attributes for success
Project Management experience ideally professionally qualified
Be a real team player, work closely in an agile, fast paced environment and demonstrate impact
Working knowledge of digital, social and marketing platform;
Quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies globally
Help driving change, innovation, process automation and continuous improvements across the organization
Ability to engage in highly confidential discussions and maintain trust in all interactions
What we look for
A bachelor's degree
5 years’ experience in project coordination / project management
Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to manage complex processes and / or projects at a global level
Internal Communications, with experience in professional services or similar industries
High level of networking, team building and stakeholder management skills
Good analytical and critical thinking skills
Technical skills : advanced knowledge in MS Office; email automation; basic understanding of Communication platforms and aggregator tools
