As part of the Product Stewardship Transactional Services, the Regulatory Processes Associate will carry out tasks and activities identified and agreed to by the Business Partners, Communities of Experts (CoE) and Product Stewardship Operations to drive efficiently throughout the global function.
Follow defined work instructions to execute tasks. Follow operational procedures for shared service team (Work intake, blocking issue).
Give to process improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities :
Supports hazard communication and regulatory compliance as it relates to the development, manufacture, sale, and distribution of products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards,
Supports Safety Data Sheet activity such as handling bulk-download requests and its distribution via electronic data holders and general support on how to acquire SDS’s,
Handling specific customer request by utilizing standard template letters,
Examples of such request might relate, but is not limited to; IMDS, CAMDS, RoHS, REACH SVHC, EDS and GADSL,
Handling Import / export notifications by utilizing standard operating procedures,
Examples of such notifications, but not limited to are; Korean LoC, Thai DIW, US TSCA confirmation letters, EU PIC,
Utilizes procedures and systems consistent with corporate practices including Corporate Global Product Stewardship (GPS) and central Raw Material Management programs,
Collect information on Raw materials from vendors and submit to Raw Material Management team,
Support Product Stewardship Operations activities for data management and reporting purposes, ensuring quality & consistent information
Data management (maintenance upon request / linkage salescodes from ERP to GPS).
Minimum requirement is in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related science,
Ability to operate with multiple subject areas in a multicultural environment,
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and communication (written and verbal) skills,
Proficiency in English is a must, additional language skills is a plus.
