Kristen Ludgate, senior vice president of Human Resources at 3M The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Quality & Process Leader will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

This position reports directly to Change Delivery Manager. As a Quality and Process Leader you will join Change Delivery team in Global Servicer Center Poland and will serve whole GSC population with your expertise.

The purpose of the position is to embed excellence in to how we provide service to our clients with understanding and developing of business process management principles among operational experts in GSC.

Your work starts with service transition, where you acting as a transition stakeholder, need to secure process definition, documentation and appropriate measures are clearly defined and implemented.

All finally concluded and managed in our service catalogue which creates foundation for our service portfolio management.

You will maintain that portfolio for completeness and data quality ensuring full visibility for our scope to stakeholders.

Once process is transitioned you will have to build in process measures in our monitoring system, so we can manage our operations via data daily and from anywhere.

This means you own measurements of vital aspects of service performance and are able to proof excellence in front of our clients.

Embracing red in service is a counterbalance attitude, so once you see something goes wrong with service results, immediate activation and facilitation of the teams, leading to correction will be your activity.

Beside of actioning your role is also related with developing right skills and competencies needed among experts in process.

So make sure below sounds familiar to you : Data Analytics Knowledge Transfer Business Process Management Perhaps you have some experience in process mining?

That creates an extra argument. Daily, you will work with GSC Poland process experts and leaders. Pretty often with your counterparts in other centres since unified global approach is crucial.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications : Bachelor's degree from an accredited university LSS certification (GB or BB) Experience in quality, process management related initiatives Working in regulated environment as a plus Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include : Experience leading or participating in multi-functional and multi-location teams.

Strong functional or business experience with a proven track record of results and leadership credibility. Six Sigma GB or BB certification preferred (Lean, DMAIC), additional PM standard certification will be a plus strong organization and communication skills (interpersonal, written, team collaboration) at all levels and across organizations, including operating committees.
