Job Purpose : The Junior HR Analyst will be part of a dynamic Service Delivery Specialists team who perform key HRSS processes related to Employee Life cycle.

The scope of the role is ensuring the service delivery within the agreed SLAs and promoting continuous improvement to meet the priorities of the business as well as accommodate the respective internal policies and external law regulations that may impact HR processes.

Job Background : The HRSS Administration Team is responsible for the flawless execution of HR data administration related hiring, job data changes, termination and issuing documents in relation with.

This team is part of HR Shared Services which has a broader coverage of employee life cycle activities, benefits and payroll processes.

The Team is the delivery engine providing the services to the partners and customers within Citibank Europe Poland plc in accordance to the agreed processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities :

  • Executes Employee Life Cycle events administration (employment, job change, contract management, remote work, parental entitlements, terminations)
  • Maintains of data in HR Systems (TETA, Płatnik and Workday / Service Now)
  • Liaises with HR, Employee Relations, HRSS Benefit team, and HRSS Payroll team
  • Cooperates with immigration services vendor
  • Responds to employees’ and managers’ queries on Employee Life Cycle events administration
  • Performs controls in place for the executed processes mitigating associated risks
  • Executes the employment process making sure all necessary documents and system data entry is fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Identifies process optimization opportunities; drives and actively contributes to the implementation
  • Participates in regional projects and drives operational excellence culture to optimize processes
  • Aligns existing processes to relevant legislation changes; ensures procedures are up-to-date and team members are updated on changes
  • Qualifications

  • Development Value : The candidate will have the opportunity to develop interpersonal and result-driven service delivery competencies while strengthening the expertise in the area of HR Administration;
  • this in the context of a structured but complex and often sensitive HR transactional service delivery model. Knowledge and Experience :

  • At least 3 years of experience of working in an administrative role within an HR function
  • Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits administration expertise would be a plus
  • Experience of working in a high performance culture driven by Service Level Agreements, defined timeframes and excellence in customer service
  • Experience of working with the Polish legislative framework and Labor code
  • Educated to degree standard in HR or business discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Labour Code
  • Knowledge of immigration laws would be an advantage
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Workday / Service Now, TETA HR and Płatnik experience would be an advantage
