We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our Customer Assistance Centre team, responsible for ensuring customers across MBAuP receive exceptional sales, after sales service and support.
Working closely with our authorized retail network, brand colleagues and key business stakeholders, this role provides the opportunity to resolve customer’s issues in a way that reinforces our brand promise leading to lifelong customer advocates, and ultimately increased vehicle sales.
While providing the best customer experience each and every time, the key responsibilities include :
A successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and providing exceptional service.
Essential to this role is strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
Existing technical knowledge of our vehicles and services are preferable and worked in a similar role with a minimum of 3 years will also be highly regarded.
