Key responsibilities :
Sorting incoming mail,
Responding to emails within agreed timelines and with good quality,
Cooperating with accounting department,
Sending documents back to vendors,
Assist Team Leader in preparing reports, solving issues and improvement projects.
Fluent Danish language,
Communicative English language,
Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative,
Able to work in a changing environment,
Good time management and administration skills,
Able to effectively prioritize tasks.
