Creating and process service orders, control the quality and completeness of reports delivered by our technicians.
Creating service order quotations on customer requests.
Maintaining customer information and device database in the system with reference to information delivered by technicians or customers.
Handling customer complaints.
Ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
Electronic archiving of all relevant documents.
Preparing statistics and reports related to service administration.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Very good knowledge of German (min. B2 level).
Good knowledge of English.
Well-developed MS Office skills.
Details attention and focus on time frames.
Ability to work according to clearly defined standards and procedures and readiness to take part in continuous improvement.
Nice to have :
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system would be an asset.
