Summary & Responsibilities :

The Operations Lead / Ops lead for Pontoons RPO Sweden provides leadership, guidance, mentorship, training and supervision to a team of up to 10 Coordinators.

The Ops Lead is responsible for the day to day leadership of Coordinator activity for the RPO in Sweden.Building, enhancing and documenting processes for Coordinator activity, particularly relating to Offer Management (i.

e. all in scope actions following verbal acceptance of an offer). You will manage Coordinators supporting Sweden including their performance and development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of Recruitment Coordinators responsible for their performance and development
  • Responsible for the Offer Management ensuring all written offers are managed in a timely manner and to a high degree of accuracy
  • Resolves most escalations relating to Offer Management (e.g. eform issues, contract errors)
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and firmly followed.Assist with implementation of key company / enterprise projects.
  • Work to continually increase operating efficiency.

  • Implement local office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to Audit SLAs
  • Support Regional Manager with reporting needs (e.g. Diversity, Invoices)
  • Support Regional Manager with Monthly / Quarterly Business Review documents
  • Ensure the effective onboarding and training of Coordinators / Recruiters on Standard Operating procedures, processes and quality customer service delivery.
  • Plan new hire training schedules and hands-on follow-up training in skill marketing, recruiting, ATS systems and tools, etc.

  • Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and revenue collection issues where needed.
  • Create / manipulate and maintain reports for RPO as needed.
  • Coordinate arrangements for recruitment events
  • Required Experience :

  • Extensive experience in a Coordinator or equivalent role
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced volume recruitment role
  • Proven experience of creating, implementing and / or improving processes
  • Experience in an internal recruitment or RPO environment
  • Excellent oral / written communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to hold people accountable for performance and results
  • Team management and leadership gained with a Support Centre environment
  • Report creation, preferably financial
  • Required Skills :

  • Relationship management; ability to build and maintain relationships at operational and strategic level.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced changing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
