Accounts Receivable Accountant (OtC) with German, remote work

Responsibilities :
Support of accounting processes
Supporting the accounts receivable team
Posting of adjustment notes in the system
Participation in migration of accounting processes
Participate in the creation of a new accounting team
Generation of payment reminders
Contacting business clients
Issuing invoices and adjustment documents,
Corresponding with clients and other accounting departments in the company,
Preparing analysis and reports for client needs
Working in SAP and other systems.
Apply if :
You speak English and German at the level of min. B2
Knowledge of both languages required
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position and / or you are well versed in the area of accounting receivables,
Interest in the accounting industry
Knowledge of accounting regulations
You are well versed in SAP and Excel,
You have an analytical mind and pay attention to detail,
You are characterized by initiating new solutions and building positive relationships with clients.
