Group IT COO organization is strengthening the global Operational Risk Management team in Wroclaw, by adding a further dedicated Risk and Control Officer to manage the services we provide globally to Group IT.
Key responsibilities :
In this dynamic position you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of the Risk & Control services globally.
You will supervise weekly MyIncident process for Group IT as a key person.
You support Group IT in meeting the regulatory and internal control requirements by providing regular reporting and deep understanding of the control processes within the company.
You contribute to the annual SOX processes and various other regulatory programs, and communicate globally with Group IT Application and Control owners.
You investigate and highlight operational risks relevant for Group IT to the senior Management.
You support efficient handling for acceptance of Audit actions to achieve agreed due dates, and escalate any potential or actual non-compliance.
You promote awareness and education to other teams about the Operational Risk Management processes.
You work on a variety of ad hoc projects and initiatives for the Group IT ORM organization.
You get the chance to create a bank-wide network by collaborating closely with various partners across divisions.

You have strong communications skills with ability to write clear, concise business communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
You are fluent in English (written and verbal).
You have Can do attitude and ability to think and behave dedicatedly.
You have interest in the area of operational risk management and controls; ideally some experience working in a risk / control (audit / sox) or reporting / metrics or IT technical role.
You have deep knowledge in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting and data visualization / analysis tools (such as Tableau) would be a plus.
You are able to take ownership of tasks and manage them to their completion.
