In this role you will be responsible for
Enabling the smooth operation of the service business by providing support related to installed base and contract management functions, coordinating spare parts and returns process as well as coordinating accurate and timely case closure, invoices and cost assignment to customer contracts.
You are responsible for :
adding the agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services execution, pricing and billing information
monitoring and controlling the return of spare parts to the vendor
ensuring correct cost allocation; resolving incomplete cases by correcting errors to ensure integration with financial processes
