These are your detailed responsibilities :
You will work directly with Lenovo account managers, Channel Partners(distributors and resellers) to drive sales of Lenovo with jointMicrosoft / Lenovo solutions and to grow market share and :
Developing business, driving and achieving sales goals for Microsoft / Lenovoofferings in selected countries in EMEA (Eastern Europe mostly)
Work with Lenovo and channel partners to integrate Microsoft / Lenovoofferings into all sales activities and to accelerate reach across allsegments.
To be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for Lenovo teams and channelpartners for questions and support regarding Microsoft offerings on Lenovoservers.
Scour existing opportunity pipelines at all levels to ensure MicrosoftWindows Server and SQL licenses are included and to work with sales teams toinclude them wherever possible.
Working with the existing Lenovo and Microsoft network to ensure that allchannel partners have completed all necessary training / enablement forMicrosoft / Lenovo solutions to ensure that the partners execute these agreedsales plans within the agreed timescales.
Identify trends in partner markets / competitor activity, anticipate long-termprogramme needs and propose creative programmes or solutions.
Achievement of targets set on quarterly basis for Server / OS Attach sales,pipeline OS Attach, partner breadth and achievement of Revenue goals as sharedby Lenovo / Microsoft management
Provide input into the weekly / monthly / quarterly (Rhythm of the Business) ROBand reporting with relevant examples and data points.
You will report to Leader of Sales Solutions for Storage and hyperconvergedproducts based in Denmark supporting customers in EMEA (Eastern Europemainly).
Position Requirements :
What you’ll bring :
5+ years sales experience in a partner or vendor related sales role in ITindustry ( preferably in new account development , rather than traditionalaccount management)
Knowledge of Microsoft Server based products eg : Windows Server ITindustry and IT industry overall
Ability to build and drive good relationships with stakeholders -experience of working in the channel would be a key advantage to be successfulin this role.
Ability to prepare reports reg. business results / opportunities on regularbasis
Ability to manage a customer satisfaction as well as workload with multiplepriorities
Fluent in English - good verbal, telephone and written communication skills
Ability, within reason, to work outside normal hours as dictated by businessrequirements i.e. partner and event travel (in the future).
