Duties :
Helping clients to solve their problems,
Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues,
Communicate clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people,
Identify patterns, recommend improvements, and filter out unimportant issues.
Requirements :
Required languages fluency : French - written and spoken at least B2 / C1, English - min. B2
Excellent communication skills;
Customer focus and service oriented;
Minimum Computer skills ( MS Office , Excel)
Ability to handle multi-cultural Client.
