Now, we have an exciting job opportunity for a Digital Marketing Transformation Leader in our Eastern Europe Marketing Department.

In this role you will be responsible to develop, drive and excecute an integrated digital communications strategy across all channels, through a complete mix of digital touchpoints (including website, SEO / SEM, digital channel animation) following the customer journey and ensuring consistency with Alfa Laval business reality.

In this role you will have the chance to lead the sales organisation transformation to the new digital business model and you will cooperate with channel managers and marketing communication professionals in the cluster.

What will you do :

  • Create and implement the strategy and execution of marketing programs for lead capturing and nurturing across multiple customers segment and channels in the countries
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and through proactive initiatives, share growth hacks, digital marketing guidelines and best practices across the organization
  • Drive digital marketing activities within the area of responsibility, including web, SEO and SEM areas
  • Set KPIs, drive execution and impact assessment of all digital activities, design digital campaigns across the area of responsibility
  • Create local programs or adapt global ones to generate and nurture leads via web, events, SEM, email, content, targeted advertising on different digital platforms
  • Consistently explore new or emerging marketing trends, external platforms and proactively provide recommendation to management and stakeholders, delivering sales opportunities and data-driven recommendations for sales teams
  • Ensuring customer web satisfaction, through continuous localization of web content from global master or local content;
  • including promotion of product selectors

  • Preparing content & email materials and creating the right campaign to promote the targeted content in the digital channel (e.g. Social Media, web)
  • Strong support for the business to transform the digital sales model (including the support in marketing automation implementation)
  • Collaborate with businesses to develop insightful persona-based customer journeys including digital touchpoints (including e-business with the partners)
  • Experience and skills, we are looking for :

  • Master’s degree, preferred in communications, marketing and / or management
  • 3+ years’ in digital marketing in B2B market, knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems as a plus
  • Abilities to see the business from the outside-in, allowing decisions as well as ideas to be guided by the end customer
  • Capacity to manage relationship at C-level; capacity to convince, extensive emotional resistance, ability to assess situation and make decision
  • Active listening, seeks to understand the customer so well as to make it possible to exceed expectations
  • Highest level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility.
  • Abilities to draw valid conclusions from large amounts of data
  • Proven track record of developing innovative and disruptive digital communication strategies, including the practical usage of the digital marketing tools
  • Challenges self and others to reach higher levels of performance with influence
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams
  • Very good communication skills
  • Able to constructively work in a multifunctional and multicultural local and global team
  • Strong English communications - written and verbal
