Your role

Are you passionate about automating processes and reports? Do you thrive in a changing environment and can juggle multiple projects effectively?

We are looking for someone like that to :

  • develop workflow / reporting tools to plan and prioritize work of risk assessment teams
  • validate submitted risk assessment requests and assign them to the right team
  • liaise with and support requestors from various business groups in UBS
  • prepare and automate reports using MS Excel, MS Access, VBA, Tableau, SharePoint
  • contribute to and coordinate process improvement / change projects
  • Your team

    You will be working in the Reporting / Demand Management Office team in Krakow. We support Corporate Centre Risk Control (CCRC) in centrally managing, distributing and tracking various risk assessments.

    Our team is also responsible for providing regular and ad-hoc reports covering the status, results and effort related to these assessments.

    We constantly simplify our processes, work with report recipients to improve our products and are involved in strategic change initiatives within the department.

    You have :

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related position
  • A good understanding of developing automated solutions
  • very good grasp of MS Excel as a must with eagerness to work with MS Access, Excel Macros, SharePoint and Visual Basic
  • good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
  • experience in a fast-paced international environment, preferably with an assistant or a support background
  • You are :

  • a strong communicator both verbal and written, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
  • detailed, process-oriented with very good organization and time management skills
  • technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
  • passionate about development of applications using MS Office and other tools etc.
  • able to build and manage relationships across organizational boundaries
