As a HR Reporting Coordinator you will help to build and maintain HR reporting across Arla. You will be working in a multinational team of dedicated professionals who are focused on delivering actionable insights that continuously drive Arla towards achieving its goals and providing a superior employee experience.

As a HR Reporting Coordinator, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers.

Instead, you will join over colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations.

About the job

As a HR Reporting Coordinator, you will be working in Global HR, supporting over 22, colleagues worldwide enabling data-driven performance culture.

You will join the Global People Insights team located in Poland and Denmark. We are looking for a person to deliver service excellence in the form of timely, high-quality reporting to business stakeholders.

We expect that you to be curious and dedicated to delivering high-quality work with exquisite eyes for detail. You will drive and support the reporting portfolio and participate in the continuous improvement of reporting products.

Specifically, you will :

  • Provide day-to-day reporting support to business stakeholders across Arla Foods,
  • Support monthly update of existing reporting portfolio,
  • Develop new dashboards and reports in accordance with business needs,
  • Uphold high data quality and security around all reporting and access rights,
  • Write documentation of reporting processes,
  • Contribute to building HR Reporting excellence,
  • Help drive the People Analytics journey,
  • Participate in projects across Arla,
  • Interact with key customers / Stakeholders,
  • Collect and contribute with Process Improvement suggestions.

    You are detail-oriented and greatly dedicated to delivering high-quality work. You are able to translate the business requests into clear reporting requirements and secure sustainable service delivery.

    You have experience in organizing complex data and ensure an efficient and stable reporting structure.

    You are a team player and collaboration is important to you. Communication and stakeholder management comes naturally to you and at the same time you have a strong execution mindset and you are comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

    Furthermore, you possess :

  • Strong data mindset,
  • Ability to handle large datasets with sensitive data,
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and good competences within MS Office,
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage,
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines,
  • Strong work-ethic and desire to deliver best-in-class reporting experience to our internal customers,
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team,
  • Positive and Can do’ attitude,
  • Desire to learn new things and continuously develop yourself,
  • Fluent English.
