Your role in the team

This role will be based in our Krakow office.

The environments’ engineer will have the attitude of tackling anything and automating everything.

With a strong background in diagnosing and resolving technical issues you will also be responsible for delivering high quality environment improvements using agile methodologies and a DevOps mindset.

You will have the ability to use Version Control Systems (GIT) and Continuous Integration tools (for example Jenkins).

Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash preferably) and cloud technologies would be an asset.

You’ll have previous experience of projects and service delivery processes, development, test methodologies and working to change and release management practices.

Any AWS experience would advantageous.

You’ll be customer focused and understand the importance of key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The applicant should be keen to learn new skills and have a can do’ attitude.

Skills needed

  • Proficiency in using CI tooling (such as Jenkins)
  • Proficiency in using GIT
  • Experience in Unix administration
  • Experience in scripting languages (Bash preferably)
  • The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • The ability to identify improvements and deliver proof of concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High education in computing & systems development or similar qualification
  • Good English skills
