Main responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing the Configuration Management process in accordance to Atos Service Management Model based on ITIL best practices.
  • Registering Configuration Items in the CMDB.
  • Ensure that registered Configuration records meet criteria as per the data model
  • Ensuring that records are managed for any Configuration Item creation / modification / deletion.
  • Follow-up on issues with configuration records and actions.
  • Create reports on CMDB data
  • Ensure that KPIs are reported and their targets are met
  • Preparing and keeping up to date the process documentation
  • For this role it is highly desired to have :

  • English fluent in speaking and writing
  • 3+ years of practical experience in ITIL Process Management
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of an organization
  • Ability to work independently and take decisions where necessary within the scope of the role.
  • Responsibility of quality for delivered process, inputs for audits, reaching targets on service and organizational level
  • Nice to have :

  • Awareness of IT infrastructure terms and relations between IT components
  • Soft skills like : analytical and problem solving, flexibility, customer and service quality oriented
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ITSM tool like Service Now, BMC Atrium, Remedy
  • ITIL certifications or ISO 20 000 certifications
