We are looking for a professional with experience in Analytics to join our dynamic team in Warsaw as Data Analyst . We offer a work in unique start-up culture, in which creativity, passion, and independence are not just welcomed but required. Responsibilities :

Contribute to ETL / API engine consolidating investment data from over 50 custodian banks

Connect new custodian banks - analyse investment data and implement data transformation

Improve quality of data by resolving issues raised by clients

Automate data quality monitoring processes - applying data science where possible

Bring new ideas to scale and automate data processes with growing number of client accounts and APIs

Prepare specifications and implement or oversee implementation of solutions such as new data reconciliation functionality, return calculation methodologies for financial instruments and other projects, working together with Engineering team

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Support and Sales teams

Requirements :

3+ years of professional experience in analytics

Proficiency in SQL, knowledge of R or Python programming language

Understanding of financial products modelling or experience in financial industry would be a huge asset

At least basic knowledge of investment products (we work with them every day)

Strong team player

Fluent English

Background in financial mathematics, quantitative economics or similar would be an asset
