Established in 2013 Parker Hannifin European Shared Service Center (ESSC) is responsible for the transfer, implementation, and optimization of processes in the field of finance and accounting.
We support Parker Hannifin's locations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently, ESSC employs over 300 employees in accounting departments.
IT Department supports ESSC in maintaining IT infrastructure, managing IT systems and creating new solutions for the whole location.
IT Technical Analyst provides front-line primary application support to IT operations, IT systems end users on various applications and technical issues and problems relating to software, hardware, databases.
IT Technical Analyst must have excellent problem solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members.
This position supports project implementation associated with following key information technology disciplines and / or services : software support, database administration Financial Systems (ERP, Cforia, Concur, etc), SQL database management and administration, basic understanding of data science to create PowerBI dashboards for business users’ data consumption to drive data-based business decision making.
understanding and promoting the use of collaborative digital solutions such as Teams, SharePoint, and DevOps.
