Project Development

Participation in creation of feasibility calculations and board applications

Participation in setting up and handling the project-related deal structure for acquisitions and sales

Specialist collaboration in drafting, negotiation and processing of all contracts

Implementation of the relevant corporate guidelines (inteamconcept etc.)

Ensuring compliance with all project-relevant legal regulations and corporate guidelines together with the Developer and the Technical Project Manager

Accounts payable and accounts receivable management (responsible for the proper entry of suppliers and subcontractor invoices, control of invoicing, checking and posting, monitoring of payment runs, cash discount, dunning, surety)

Perception of the relevant controlling and reporting tasks (for budget and risks) for target-actual comparisons, monthly income statement, project report and project preview

Preparation of financial plans and monitoring of cash flow,

Execution of securities and guarantees

Coordination of all insurance matters

Administration of project companies (SPVs)

Participation in the sales process : responsible for all commercial and tax issues

Participation in the continuous improvement process ("lessons learned")

Leadership

Promotion of teamwork

Participation in personnel planning and selection

Recognize and promote the need for further training of employees.

Ihre Qualifikationen

At least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience including management responsibility

Very good spoken and written Polisch and English language skills

Good German language skills are an advantage

Profound knowledge of tax, accounting and relevant legal framework of real estate development

Professional knowledge in structuring and handling real estate projects

Very good MS Office knowledge (also teams, OneNote, Planner, etc.)

Technical and economic understanding and sense of responsibility

An independent, precise and structured way of working and a confident manner

Willingness to learn, initiative, reliability, flexibility and above-average commitment round off your profile
