Market Data Integration (MDI) are responsible for implementing and supporting connectivity to electronic stock exchanges and external clients, as well as the numerous market data and service providers within the region.
MDI manage all relationships with technical account managers from the different vendors in order to maintain an ongoing roadmap in terms of upgrades and releases.
The department is also responsible for managing the scripting, rollout and 2nd line support of various third party applications.
It is a fast paced environment aligned very closely with a number of Application Development teams located in different regions.
Work is a combination of production support and project management, originating either from the vendors or from business teams within Credit Suisse.
Key Responsibilities :
You take care of and facilitate meetings collecting key minutes, actions, and chasing deliverables weekly. Main focus is on meetings involving Global Integrations manager and overall department lead
You handle multi-discipline projects, gathering actions, tasks, providing regular status reports, and chasing resources for their results
You ensure new services and infrastructure are properly documented and reflected in our inventory tools
You deliver monthly analysis, results, and presentations on global team performance by analyzing KPI’s and other data
You respond to client and vendor inquiries regarding costs, inventory, and production status where possible via Poland for Americas infrastructure
You work with client & vendors primarily in New York and across other regions globally (working hours will be approximately from 11AM-12PM to 7PM 8PM CEST - primarily during market hours in NY)
You support the Americas technical SME team when additional assistance or help is needed

You hold Undergraduate Degree from University or College
You have a minimum 2 years of IT experience, preferably in financial services
You are fluent in English
You have MS Office skills, specifically Excel with complex data analysis and manipulation skills to organize, sort and analyze large sets of data
You have an excellent written skills to provide good written documentation
You are self starter with strong communications skills who can easily collaborate with internal client group and external vendors
Your interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and time management skills enables you take ownership, be pro-active and work on tasks simultaneously
You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
You create visually appealing and professional presentations using infographics, crafting diagrams and flow charts with MS Visio
Basic Visual Basic skills for Excel to manipulate data more efficiently
Basic knowledge of IP networks and components. Awareness of TCP / IP, switches, routers, hubs etc., cabling issues, leased lines.
Knowledge of how enterprise networking and additional issues surrounding large scale network infrastructures function
Deep understanding of network management software products & IT security (firewall management)
Familiarity with Market Data application and vendors, ie, Reuters, Bloomberg, etc. (a plus)

Awareness of network problem solving e.g. packet analysis, use of Wireshark decoders, experience using Niksun devices / products
Multicast feed monitoring experience in designing solutions to monitor multicast UDP traffic for gaps and sequence mismatches in particular in related to exchange feeds
Understanding of latency measurement, packet capture solutions
