Join us as an Account Manager Urology and Critical Care responsible for Western Poland

Preferred location : Poznań Wroclaw, Szczecin.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for :

  • Gaining new customers (public and private) as well as ensuring retention and satisfaction of existing users of our Endourology and Critical Care products
  • Adapting and implementing consultative selling process to public tenders regulations in Polish healthcare system
  • Working daily with CRM system to maximize sales process efficiency
  • Participating and supporting tendering department in applying for tenders
  • Training and supporting customers on effective and efficient usage of Bard products
  • Collecting and evaluating the market information on pre-analytical systems including KOLs mapping, end-users pricing, competitors’ overview, market potential
  • Cooperating with KOLs to promote our products
  • Contribute to local marketing communication activities
  • Supporting teamwork : sharing of ideas and information within team mates
  • We expect that you have :

  • Min. BSc degree
  • Proven experience in sales drugs, medical devices in urology (min 2- years)
  • Good understanding of public tender selling process
  • Customer focus : ability to understand customer needs and address them with BD value proposition
  • Strong personality, self-esteem and self confidence
  • Resistance to stress
  • Action and result oriented in a highly competitive market
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to market challenges
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to accept challenges
  • Dedication to success; drive to results
  • Good team player
  • Interpersonal sensitivity
  • High degree of self-motivation, able to work independently
  • Good communication skills to work optimally with all levels with and outside of BD organization
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written),
  • High ethical values
  • Prepared for frequent travel (90%) within Poland
  • Driving license
  • MS Office literate
