Job Description
The Application & Integration Harmonization Project Manager will define, implement, and lead strategic initiatives across Europe.
With a focus on harmonization and growth, you will build, leverage, and maintain our partnerships with Accenture and Microsoft.

360 Pipeline & Origination Reconciliation
Reconciliation of Big Bets pipeline and origination activities with Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG), Accenture, and Avanade
Unified Pipeline Consolidation of Europe Region Activity and Circle of Excellence (CoE)
Provide up-to-date view to fuel proposal staffing escalation, including priority decisions on staffing proposals
AMBG Azure Sales & Solutioning Front Door
For Azure migrations, coordinate incoming request for presales support
With the support of the Europe Applications & Integration Team, work closely with the Europe & Region Teams to identify team availability
Insight & Business Review
Spend adequate amount of time building and / or guiding the implementation of useful reports dedicated to Applications & Integration SA Team activities
Build analysis with the Europe Team, leveraging insights from the BI tools provided
Ensure visibility of the reports with the Region and Track Action Plan
Project Management Office (PMO)
Identify deals to be reviewed by Deal Clinic, with goal of 1 country every 2-3 weeks
Coordinate execution of Data & Application Integration campaigns in the context of Big Bets
Execute Learn More Earn More Program
Production of Reusable Artifacts - Client Evidence and Proposal Index
Maintain up-to-date Client Evidence Repository for all Europe Application & Integration deals
Proposition QA Fwk (Value & Reuse)
Support Offering Development as needed
Production of a Bid Management Framework, promotion to the Region and continuous improvement
Required Experience :
Demonstrated role with growing responsibility within professional services consulting firm
Passionate about the development and delivery of technical services and products
Experience working within a highly matrixed, global organization
Minimizing security exposure, ensuring compliance, and maintaining customer trust
Grow an existing or new service offering by double digits, achieving a validated increase in market share
Lead the pursuit of engagements to positive closure, maintaining the relationship through the delivery phase resulting in repeat client business
Exposure to all Microsoft Business Applications Products including, but not limited to, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Power Apps and Customer Insights
Consulting experience
Create intellectual capital such as white papers, marketing collateral and webinars
Ability to shift priorities in a fast-moving environment
Well-organized with the ability to work through Teams
BA / BS degree or country equivalent experience
Master's degree strongly preferred.
