Team is responsible for processing mutual and hedge funds transactions from the point where the order has been executed until the point where the client receives a confirmation.
This includes booking of subscriptions and redemptions, equalizations, handling of the lifecycle of funds transactions and any kind of exceptions.
Ensuring efficient, same-day processing of all client and broker orders
A Professional trading support for the execution desk
Minimizing processing risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory constraints and internal policies
Maintaining a high level of client services by constantly monitoring the various order flows and using appropriate monitoring tools
A professional partner for the investment front office and clients with regard to processing questions and services
Ensuring the smooth flow of information to internal and external interfaces

Open to discussing flexible / agile working
Minimum 2 years of previous working experience (preferably in an international company; banking experience is well seen, but not required)
Very good command of English, knowledge of German will be an asset
Knowledge of financial products will be an asset
Excellent attention to details, problem solving skills and quick decision making
Analytical skills, ability to conduct profitability and implementation / effort analysis
