IT Release Manager and Reporting Specialist
We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen Operational Service Management for the ZF IT Workplace, Infrastructure & Operations organization (WIO).
Your tasks :
Responsible for operational IT Release Management process, i.e., coordinate release planning, release policies, roll out the process within IT, drive evolvement of the process
Support performance reporting for different stakeholders and drive the evolvement of reporting
Contribution to Cloud all in’ project with focus on cloud monitoring regarding usage, costs, performance etc.
Provision of consultancy and support of service managers to enable operational end-to-end service management, i.e., consultancy of service managers in a) transition of projects to IT Operations (operational readiness assurance checks) and b) in aspects of service data in IT Service Management tool
Contribution to special projects with focus on service performance, data analysis, executive reporting and other
Your profile :
Degree in business informatics, business economics, mathematics or similar
3+ years of professional experience in IT service management and / or IT related processes
Good English (to successfully communicate in an international work environment)
Knowledge of ITIL (certificate as an advantage)
Analytical and conceptual skills, experienced in facilitate business analysis, strong presentation skills
Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) would be an asset
