Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring that incident, problem and change management processes are executed according Nordea standards
  • Maintaining system availability and sufficient level of IT operation support
  • Describing, implementing and optimizing internal processes and work instructions
  • Coordinating and prioritizing daily work of various DevOps teams
  • Managing performance of vendor supporting applications from Equities portfolio
  • Handling risk issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Our requirements

  • Bachelor Degree preferably Computer Science related
  • Excellent communication skills with very good level of English
  • Good organisational skills
  • Leadership experience in an international company
  • Solid technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Experience in trading area will be a plus
