Your Tasks
Providing remote 2nd line support for an international customer
Troubleshooting and configuring applications, finding solutions for occurring problems
Analysing and solving IT issues related to Microsoft Windows Environment
Liaising with users from different departments
Our Requirements
Good English skills
Work or private experience in IT troubleshooting (Windows and software-related)
Effective communication skills (primarily with the customer and team members)
Good team working skills
Availability for shift-pattern work from Monday to Friday (except for night shift)
Would be an asset :
Experience in working with IT ticketing tools
Knowledge about remote support tools
