Description

Templeton is looking for a CX Agile Scrum Lead for their global client to lead a multi-functional team of 8-12 FTEs to run business transformative projects that help shape, guide and deliver leading edge customer experience programmes by utilising a range of Customer Centric Design tools to work from the Customer friction into developing a differentiated experience offering (outside-in)

Requirements

  • Mid-level executive with min 5yrs proven experience in running / leading CX transformation projects in large complex multi-national organisations (ideally with B2B exposure)
  • Capable of quickly moving between defining the strategic big picture and zooming in to ensure smooth execution delivery
  • Strong structured problem solving experience & use of Customer Centric Design Thinking
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills to drive transformation
  • Strong project management skills and agile certified
  • Operates autonomously and demonstrates initiative to achieve business results
  • Credible in front of C-Suite / Senior stakeholders in setting out compelling propositions, identifying commercial opportunities from CX and coordinating a smooth delivery
  • Natural leader that is able to bring people together under a single vision, promotes cross functional collaboration and inspires
  • Advanced interpersonal skills confident, clear and concise
  • Open to business travel
