What you’ll do
Work closely with Service Ops, Field, GSE, Depot repair to ensure efficient service delivery processes in place.
Use tools / dashboard for identifying actions to improve Field applied time & decrease % travel time.
Drive Field Workforce optimization continued developing Workforce tools & driving usage in the field.
Run Critical dashboard as Cost to serve . Lead data deep-dive working with Global Productivity leader & Regional service leader .
Collaborate and support remote service operations on innovation deployment and process control.
Work closely with DBS productivity leader to align on productivity projects funnel & support projects lead &deployment
Drive development of Application as Part advisory to deliver on Customer satisfaction & Parts revenue Growth.
Drive parts refurbishment programs & Small instruments repair process with Depot repair & ensure target reach.
Design Customers KPI dashboard for Critical customers working with Regional Service leader.
Focusing outside organization to identify new technology to bring within our organisation .
Work closely with others Regional Service Ops team to share best practices.
Who you are
BA / BS degree with a minimum of 5 years experience of projects leader role or strong expertise within a Service / Field role.
Rigorous analytical / data driven problem solver who can help teams reduce complex situations to enable progress and results.
Strong digital skills .
Strong business acumen& Customer focus
Ability to build relationships and influence teams and individuals in the development of business performance capabilities.
Proven ability to influence and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Results oriented with the ability to balance multiple business considerations and multiple projects in parallel, including working with virtual / remote teams
Strong command of Microsoft Office products : PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau & Alteryx
