Engineering rotational program
The early career rotational programs at SPX FLOW are a premier entry point into the organization. We hire the best and most talented recent graduates and provide the experiences, training, and support to build our future leaders.
Our 2-year programs are designed to develop and grow early career talent through exposure to multiple products, portfolios, and facilities in partnership with different leaders and colleagues around the globe.
Through multiple roles, value-add projects, mentors and focused-development, the programs provide cohesive, in-depth experiences to launch a fulfilling and successful career at SPX FLOW.
The Engineering development program provides extensive exposure to the company’s officers and senior management team. At the conclusion of each rotation, you will have the opportunity to present to senior leadership at your site, and at the culmination of the 2-year program (three, 8-month rotations) you will present to our Chief Executive Counsel, including the CEO.
These rotations will provide you with a Big Picture view of the corporation while at the same time offering hands-on experiences that aim to sharpen your technical and leadership skills.

The requirements :
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will require legal authorization to work permanently in the country where you apply without requiring a visa transferor visa sponsorship.
In addition, to be a good fit for the Rotation program, you have the following
Average Grade 4.5 (81-90%) or higher
Have successfully completed a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Food Science degree by start date
English level B2
CAD experience is a plus
